Terms & Conditions
By booking a session at Into the Wild Forest School, you (the Parent/Carers of the children attending the session) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Our sessions will operate in all weathers with the exception of high winds which may mean that safety is compromised

Please ensure that both adults and children are dressed appropriately for the weather in appropriate clothes and footwear that you don’t mind getting wet and muddy. We will provide you with a recommended kit list at the time of booking

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session due to unsafe weather conditions or staff illness, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and offer you an alternative date or a refund

Sessions are planned based on the numbers attending so I'm afraid we cannot offer refunds if you are unable to attend. You are more than welcome to gift the session to a friend, or try and re-sell the session

Our session’s aim to give children and their families the time and space to connect with nature and each other. Parents and carers are responsible for their own children for the entirety of the session

Health and safety information will be recapped at the start of each session it is then your responsibility to ensure your child is adhering to these rules

The woods is a natural and ever changing environment. Every effort is made to reduce risk and ensure the woodland and its contents are as safe as possible. However the nature of the setting means that a degree of risk remains. It is your responsibility to support your child as they play and stay vigilant. If you see something of concern, please report it to an Into the Wild member of staff

During an Into the Wild Forest School session, participants will have access to a wide range of equipment, some of which may be dangerous if used incorrectly. A safety briefing and demonstration will be given before using the equipment and it is then your responsibility for ensuring that equipment is used properly by your child. Only use equipment that is appropriate for the age/stage of your child

You are responsible for administering any medication your child may require

During some sessions we may provide food and/or drink for your children. It is your responsibility to make us aware of any allergies or relevant medical conditions. Please note that we have a nut free policy in place.

If you bring any snacks please ensure it is nut free and take any litter home with you

Please also take any dirty nappies to dispose of at home

We promote the use of non-single use plastics. Please bring your reusable cup for any hot drinks
